Connecticut Water has improved productivity, eliminated work order backlogs, and improved customer safety using mobile technology.

Consumers often receive visits from marketers claiming to be representatives of various utilities, security companies, and other agencies. In some cases, they are legitimate, but in others they can be part of a confusing (and sometimes aggressive) attempt to get a consumer to switch service providers. There are also cases where criminals have masqueraded as utility workers to gain access to a home.
