Property management company Associa has leveraged cloud technology to improve efficiency and work order management for its mobile service force. Deploying an automated field service management solution helped the company improve service level agreement (SLA) oversight and compliance, standardize its work order processes, and increase billable hours.
Associa is a real estate management and maintenance firm. The company’s clients include property associations of all types (single family, planned developments, resorts, commercial communities, etc.) that leverage Associa’s offerings for financial, organizational, and maintenance services. The company’s maintenance organization provides services using 400 technicians across the U.S. and Canada. The company has grown significantly through acquisition, which led to its having a variety of work order processes for maintenance operations across the country.
