Using a GPS-based fleet management system to track vehicle activity, Black & Veatch had the data to build a culture of safety.

Black & Veatch, an engineering and construction company that specializes in critical infrastructure projects, has leveraged a fleet management solution to improve its fleet operations as well as its safety program. Initially deployed to help track vehicles and verify when maintenance work was performed, the GPS-based system has since helped the company improve its safety scores by 28 percent.
