A Canadian service company has slashed invoicing time by 75 percent and reduced non-billable hours by roughly a quarter by deploying a mobile field service solution. Tundra Process Solutions, based in Calgary, has 38 technicians in the field. The company is an instrumentation and control specialist in the oil and gas industry and provides service and in-house custom engineered solutions. Its technicians work on the equipment in remote locations throughout western Canada.
