Team 360 Services has streamlined its administrative processes and accelerated billing with a mobile field service solution.
Team 360 is a building services and fire protection company that provides 24-hour repairs, inspections, installation, and maintenance of all major brands of fire suppression equipment. Team 360 currently employs 220 technicians that work in 21 states from 12 physical locations. “The only reason we’re able to make that structure work now is because of our service solution,” says Michael Crafton, the company’s president and CEO.
Prior to the implementation, the company tracked work orders using paper forms and spreadsheets. Team 360 also documented its work using digital photos, meaning technicians had to manage and upload hundreds of pictures each day. “We were very slow and we had an insanely large number of digital photos, paperwork, and handwritten calendars all over the place,” Crafton says.
