The field service space is buzzing about innovation — the need to innovate, what innovation looks like, and how innovation will impact field service businesses. This buzz is exciting, because not long ago field service organizations — at least the ones I was talking to — weren’t all too concerned with or amped up about innovation. The focus on innovation in field service is refreshing, and it’s also essential to the future of the industry.
