Field service management equips new service organization to handle tripled revenue growth this year.
While Meadows Office Interiors has been in business for 50 years, its service division — Meadows Service Group — is new. Established two years ago from the company’s desire to offer ongoing support to customers investing in its workplace solutions, the service business has doubled in the past year and is expected to triple this year. Currently, Meadows Service Group employs a 14-person team at its Manhattan headquarters, and contracts with thousands of third-party providers nationally.
