Zebra Welcomes Pitney Bowes As Service Provider

Stamford, CT and Vernon Hills, IL -- Pitney Bowes Inc. and Zebra Technologies Corporation recently announced a new relationship where Pitney Bowes is authorized to provide comprehensive service options to Zebra’s U.S. customer base.
Under the terms of the agreement, Pitney Bowes’ Multi-Vendor Services unit, which operates under the Global Mailstream Solutions Division, will act as a Zebra Independent Service Provider (ZISP), offering on-site service for Zebra-brand bar code printers. The alliance will enable Zebra customers to take advantage of Pitney Bowes’ Multi-Vendor Services, one of the most comprehensive service programs across the U.S. Zebra Independent Service Providers are authorized and certified to offer flexible printer repair solutions and service contracts to help customers maintain their equipment and minimize costly downtime.
“We are proud to add Zebra Technologies equipment to our portfolio of multi-vendor services partners,” said Brian Stevenson, Vice President and General Manager of Pitney Bowes Global Mailstream Solutions’ Customer Service Division. “Zebra printers provide excellent quality and reliability in the bar code label industry. Now Zebra customers nationwide will have round-the-clock access to Pitney Bowes’ professional and timely service by highly skilled, specially trained experts who can work on a wide range of office equipment.”
Pitney Bowes Multi-Vendor Services provides a full range of support services for office equipment, from installation and repair to preventive maintenance and asset redeployment. Consisting of over 1,200 A+ certified, multi-vendor specialists, Pitney Bowes Multi-Vendor Services is an authorized service provider for several leading OEMs.
