Xora Adds Powerful Reporting Capabilities To Its Newest Workforce Management Solution

Xora StreetSmart now supports more mobile devices than any company in the industry

Xora, Inc., the #1 company in mobile workforce management, recently announced several powerful additions to its management application Xora StreetSmart, including one-click report creation and an interface that makes editing and sharing reports faster and easier. The new reporting capabilities turn companies' day-to-day operating data about the performance of their mobile workforces into insights they can use to improve productivity and grow their businesses.

Better reporting by 'leaps and bounds'
Tucker Communications, Inc., a cable-installation contract firm in Thomaston, Ga., started using Xora StreetSmart about a year ago to eliminate handwritten and word-processed paper updates sent by postal mail daily to headquarters from the 130 mobile employees who work throughout Georgia and Alabama. Before Xora StreetSmart, it could take Tucker up to one week to produce reports for a particular day's activities in the field.

Now, for the 70 of those field employees who are using Xora StreetSmart mobile forms on Samsung tablets to collect and wirelessly send data to headquarters, Tucker has reduced its field-report turnaround time from one week to 24 hours or less. The company will outfit the remaining field employees with Xora StreetSmart by the end of the year, and expectations are high that Tucker Communications will see even greater improvement.

Caleb Walls, Manager of Asset Retention at Tucker, said Xora StreetSmart's reports interface has improved "by leaps and bounds. Now, we can create templates for reports that everyone who needs to can access easily."
