Workforce Automation: Syncronex Acquires Workforce Automation Firm

Synchronex announced recently that it has purchased the print media Division of Mobile Computing Corporation, a provider of mobile software for the newspaper and media distribution market. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Both companies provide software used for mobile workforce automation. Synchronex said the combined firm will have operations in Bellevue and Chartlottesville, Virginia. Synchronex provides software used for managing newspaper deliveries, customer service, and distribution.
