Simply put, workflows automate everyday tasks according to a defined set of rules to assist in organizing such tasks. Our forms workflow software is no different. It provides customers with the ability to create basic one-step workflows so managers can review, edit and approve data before it reaches its final destination. Work with our in-house experts to create custom approval workflows for your forms based on a combination of user attributes, form types or specific data criteria.
Our Platform offers two options for Workflow implementation:
MANUAL REVIEW
Forms are pre-assigned to an individual (or group) for review. They can select a form, review it, make necessary edits and approve or reject it. Once approved, the form is removed from that specific workflow.
AUTOMATED REVIEW
Submitted forms are automatically acted upon by the Field2Base workflow portal based on data contained within the form. As a result, no human interaction is required to start the subsequent data routing.
