There are countless technologies available today that can positively impact a business. Their descriptions typically hold promise of automation, increased efficiency, and reduced costs. As you're evaluating these solutions, it's easy to imagine the host of benefits your company could realize from such technology. What you may not realize, however, is that any technology can only be as effective as the processes that support it. In other words, if you have inefficient processes in place, the technology will not erase them but, rather, expose them. Unisys is one company that has experienced this firsthand.
