From its founding, TOA Technologies has pushed innovation as far as it can go to keep customers satisfied.
Every successful entrepreneur has a “light bulb” moment — the instant when inspiration strikes. Yuval Brisker had that moment in 2003 while waiting for a service person to show up at his home. He waited and waited for most of a day, with growing impatience.
“Respect is arriving when you say you will.”
Then that light bulb went on. In such an interconnected, high-tech world, he thought, why should people have to wait at home for an installation or repair without knowing when it will actually happen? Fedex and UPS let customers track their packages and pinpoint the location of a package traveling around the world. Why can’t field service providers do the same with mobile employees — only better — actually predict when they will arrive and communicate with customers every step of the way?
Brisker, an architect turned tech executive, collaborated with Irad Carmi, a classical musician turned software engineer, to come up with the answer that became Time of Arrival Technologies — hence, TOA Technologies. Their flagship product, ETAdirect — a cloud-based enterprise software suite — optimizes field service operations and makes “waiting without knowing” forever obsolete.
