In 2021 we benchmarked the financial performance of 120 B2B industrial manufacturing companies with considerable service revenues. The manufacturers operate in different industries and sell industrial machinery, equipment, or medical equipment. We looked primarily at key financial performance indicators and we statistically validated the quality of the data to make sure it was comparable, irrespective of the products they sell and markets they serve.
The purpose of this benchmark study is to understand what the growth and profit potential is when manufacturing companies invest in the development of new industrial services.
