Pros
- Larger size is more comfortable for users, similar to working on a laptop or desktop PC
- Pen and ink style entry makes it easier to take notes during meetings or conference calls
- Compatible with all MS and MS XP compatible applications - no need to purchase additional software or worry about converting information
- Has all the features that PDA's possess while providing the ability to work in full programs
- Has the capability to be used in a docking station so that you can use it with mouse and keyboard
- Larger screen size is easy to read and more information is visible
Cons
- It's a Microsoft product and some people are not comfortable with all products from Microsoft
- Cost significantly more than a PDA
- May be more susceptible to virus'
