Under the agreement, Perlego Horizons mobile device lifecycle management technology will be sold by Susteen as part of its larger mobile data solution and eventually integrated with the company's Web-based MyDataPilot offering to enable users to easily backup their current feature phone data and restore the information to new smart phone devices. Perlego Horizons enables businesses to effortlessly provision and manage wireless devices over-the-air (OTA) while protecting against data loss.
