Customers expect service technicians to be prompt, prepared, skilled, and efficient no matter what type of equipment they've come to fix, but that's especially true if they're waiting to have their air conditioning serviced in balmy central Florida.

Orlando-based Burleson Services provides heating, cooling, and plumbing services across central and northern Florida. Founded in 2005, the bulk of the company's business comes through contracts it has established with several home warranty providers, including market leader American Home Shield (AHS). In an effort to better serve its customers, Burleson recently deployed an automated dispatch and field service solution that has allowed it to increase technician efficiency and inventory management while expanding its business.
