January 3, 2007 – ServicePower, which offers tools that enable optimized service execution across the entire service chain, today announced its field resource optimization solution has received “Powered by SAP NetWeaver®” status from SAP AG. The Powered by SAP NetWeaver certification of the field resource optimization solution will allow seamless process and data integration of ServicePower’s automated scheduling solution, SERVICEPower, with both the mySAP™ Customer Relationship Management (mySAP CRM) and mySAP ERP applications, along with tested and supported upgrades and faster time to value for customers.

The SAP Integration & Certification Center has certified that the ServicePower field resource optimization solution properly integrates with the SAP NetWeaver Exchange Infrastructure (SAP NetWeaver XI) component of the SAP NetWeaver platform to exchange critical data with instances of the mySAP Business Suite family of applications and is integrated successfully with the SAP NetWeaver Portal.

The SERVICEPower automated scheduling solution creates and maintains optimal service schedules to manage mobile field personnel in real-time. The ServicePower solution generates a significant return on investment—increasing field personnel productivity by more than 10 percent and reducing the cost of dispatch operations by more than 50 percent.
