ServicePower, a market leader for outsourced service and field management, has announced the purchase of a source code license from Bella Solutions, Inc. for its service management software.
The software, a version of which ServicePower will host and further develop and now called S2 Suite, is tailored to meet the needs of service providers that require a service management software solution which operates solely online and can be procured via a subscription. The Software-as-a-Service application provides the capability to manage work orders, employees, subcontractors, inventory, marketing and finances, in addition to a customized customer portal, from any device connected to the internet.
Mark Duffin, CEO of ServicePower, commented: “This software further enhances our field management platform, in particular ServiceMarket and ServiceOperations platforms, by offering our network of independent service providers a comprehensive, low cost software application with which to run their businesses more efficiently. Our client base benefits from the adoption of S2 Suite insomuch as service providers realize efficiencies in running their business which has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction related to meeting scheduled appointment dates and time, real time job status information and complete and timely claims submissions.
S2 Suite also creates a new recurring revenue channel for ServicePower, based on subscriptions to the online tool sold directly to service providers.”
Ed Staats, GM, S2 Suite, also stated: “S2 Suite is ServicePower’s front end tool that helps service providers efficiently and cost effectively run all aspects of their businesses. It also meets growing demand for enhanced communication between job source providers and service providers by providing necessary information, such as real time status updates. Our go to market approach with S2 Suite will reduce the cost and risk to service providers so that they will be in a better position to drive increased profits from their small business enterprises.”
