SERVICEMobility provides instant dispatch over cellular networks to a variety of mobile devices. While in the field, employees can receive new jobs, view job details, provide real-time status updates, and reschedule and close jobs.
SERVICEGPS, a satellite-based GPS tracking solution, locates field personnel with the click of a mouse. Users can view current and historical vehicle locations, set up landmarks for common sites, and use reports or real-time alerts. Remote vehicle diagnostic monitoring is also available.
SERVICENavigation, currently available on Palm OS, Pocket PC, and Windows mobile smartphone devices, provides turn-by-turn directions via spoken and visual prompts. It provides address-to-address routing and automatic rerouting across North America. GPS tracking is optional via a “black box” GPS unit installed in-vehicle.
