ServicePower Announces New Contract With HANNspree California
Will provide a complete service and installation solution
December 4, 2006 – ServicePower’s Field Service Solutions (FSS) Division, a provider of Web-based, automated job scheduling, GPS tracking and navigation, and warranty claim management services for the service delivery and installation industries, today announced that it signed an agreement with HANNspree California, Inc. to provide service and installation network management, electronic dispatch, and warranty claims processing for its LCD television product line.
HANNspree is an international manufacturer of fashionable, innovative LCD televisions, including officially licensed NBA, MLB, Disney/Disney Pixar and various other sports, fantasy, and lifestyle themed sets. “Utilizing ServicePower’s electronic dispatch and warranty claims processing technology and existing national service and installation network allows HANNspree to focus on its core strengths—design and manufacturing,” said Kevin Lee, executive director of US Logistics at HANNspree. “ServicePower enables HANNspree to quickly provide product service and installation to its LCD customers across the U.S. while also providing real-time job status and robust warranty claim information.”
“ServicePower will dispatch HANNspree service and installation requests to our national consumer electronics network via FSS, our Web-based, electronic dispatch application,” commented Chris Smith, CEO of ServicePower Field Service Solutions. “All warranty claims will be filed through our Web-based claims application as well, providing HANNspree with real-time warranty information and analytics.
