However, performing regular inspections, maintenance, and support on so many assets may turn out to be challenging for Hera Group’s dispatchers, who have to punctually assign a huge number of activities to over a thousand field technicians and crews.

Therefore, Hera Group needed a single system to support dispatchers to manage and automatically schedule single and multi-service maintenance activities on gas, water, and electricity assets, plants, and network sections. Besides, the solution had to allow field technicians to autonomously visualize and take charge of work orders from mobile and support them in the execution of maintenance activities through mobile forms.
