Recursion Partners With Tekmark To Bring Legacy Enterprise Apps To Smartphones

Recursion Software, a visionary leader in the pervasive platform and mobile middleware space, announced that it has partnered with Tekmark Global Solutions, LLC, one of the largest privately held providers of information technology, telecommunications and consulting services to Fortune 500 companies worldwide, to mobilize desktop and server-level applications to the emerging devices market comprising phones, sensors, laptops, netbooks, routers and other mobile and embedded devices. The partnership leverages Recursion's pervasive software platform Voyager with Tekmark's application development expertise in verticals such as finance, pharmaceutical and telco optimization, to bring more efficient and pervasive applications to market. This announcement is timely considering Sprint's recent launch of the Sprint M2M Collaboration Center, a workshop space that teams M2M providers with Sprint engineers to help bring products to market. With emerging device connections outpacing traditional phone and wireline connections, network and infrastructure providers are investing heavily in their M2M initiatives. Together, Recursion and Tekmark aim to take advantage of this rapidly growing market on behalf of their telco and enterprise customers.
