Real-Time Visibility Improves Field Service Operation

Real-time vehicle tracking can be a boon to field service operations, but most organizations need more than just location data to significantly improve efficiency and customer service. CATV Service, a small cable operator in central Pennsylvania, recently deployed a GPS-based tracking application for its service fleet, combined with a mobile workforce management application, that has helped eliminate time-consuming paperwork in the field while increasing productivity.
