Profit Tools Introduces In-Cab Scanning And Printing With Mobile Office™

Profit Tools introduces Mobile Office, or MO, a complete turnkey solution that enables drivers and dispatch to send and print documents in real-time. Drivers can scan and send labeled, organized documents to the office from wherever they are. MO saves time and money spent on per page scanning, document delivery, and back-end processing.

MO is comprised of a laptop, flatbed scanner, built-in camera, and printer wired together in a portable, ruggedized case. MO is easy to transport and can stand up to tough conditions on the road. It comes with pre-installed, specialized MO software for easy document transfers.

A simple to use process allows drivers to identify documents they're sending so that office staff receives organized information that can interface directly with Profit Tools or other third party software. Mobile Office seamlessly integrates with Profit Tools Document Imaging and Mobile Direct modules.
