The company was not gathering uniform reporting data from its mobile workers and needed a better system to capture information that would improve customer service, product performance and labor efficiency.

Solution: A project was launched in its Document Messaging Technologies Division, using a customized application with Siebel Field Service and Antenna Software's A3 solution on the RIM 957™.
