Needle Electrode for Laparoscopic Surgery

The BiLAP is a bipolar needle electrode for laparoscopic surgery that allows the surgeon to precisely cut while preserving surrounding tissue. The single wire design features an adjustable needle electrode that advances and retracts providing the surgeon flexibility to adjust the depth of cut. An extendable sheath locks into place providing protection for the needle tip while passing through the trocar, and can be used for blunt dissection.

The needle electrode handle design provides comfortable, stable performance while cutting tissue and features an adjustable needle mechanism for the desired depth of cut. Additionally, the electrode is compatible with most common electrosurgical generators.
