Company on Track to Achieve Previously Increased Revenue Projection

ClickSoftware Technologies, Ltd. (NasdaqSC: CKSW), a leading provider of workforce and service optimization solutions, today announced an agreement to provide products and related services to a leading global organization in the document management and office equipment industry.

The organization has purchased ClickSoftware's ClickSchedule solution for optimized scheduling and daily service delivery execution. Revenues from the transaction are expected to be recognized beginning in the fourth quarter and will be spread over several subsequent quarters.

On August 26th, the company raised its full-year revenue growth projection to 25% from 15%, based on increasing levels of deferred revenues, current backlog of firm commitments and visibility into the sales pipeline.
