Mobile Notebook: SYNNEX Named Exclusive Distributor Of GETAC P470 Rugged Notebook PC
GETAC, Inc., a pioneering manufacturer of Rugged computers that meet the demands of field-based applications, recently announced it has granted SYNNEX Corporation exclusive rights to distribute the newly launched GETAC P470 Rugged notebook PC.
The agreement expands the two companies' existing distribution relationship and positions GETAC to become a more significant player in the lightweight Rugged category against its better-known competitors, said Mike Simek, Sales/Marketing Director, GETAC USA. Last year, SYNNEX sales of Rugged computers exceeded $250M.
