Upon rolling out mWholesaler, a mobile wireless solution for mutual fund sales efforts, Pyxis Consulting confronted potential customers who wanted to leverage their existing investments in OneBridge Mobile Groupware from Extended Systems. Pyxis also required device-agnostic synchronization engines for mWholesaler, which is designed to work on Pocket PC, BlackBerry and Palm handhelds. The solution also had to meet demands from end users, including wireless connectivity and seamless access to the enterprise, to effectively boost productivity, timeliness and data reliability.
