Ken Creager announced today as president of MiX Telematics North America

MiX Telematics, a leading global provider of vehicle tracking, driver safety and fleet management solutions, announced recently that telecommunications veteran Ken Creager has been tapped as the new president and CEO of MiX Telematics North America. Creager recently filled the position to assist MiX Telematics with expanding its presence in the U.S. and Canada markets, as well as establishing better business process flows and corporate growth for the division.

“I joined the MiX Telematics team because I was extremely impressed with the company’s global initiatives, as well as the opportunity to expand the North and South American divisions,” said Creager. “Our goals are simple; we will deliver an extremely high level of customer service. At MiX Telematics we want to help clients run their businesses more effectively, more efficiently and in a safer environment for all.”

Creager brings to MiX Telematics more than 30 years of experience in marketing strategy, strategic planning, route-to-market optimization, sales, tactical field operations and execution. Prior to joining MiX Telematics, Creager held the position of VP of marketing and sales operations for Enfora, where he was responsible for the company’s global marketing and demand generation programs, along with the systems, tools and processes that enhance customer relationship management.

“Ken is a great addition to our group,” said Stefan Joselowitz, Chief Executive Officer of MiX Telematics. “Not only does he bring years of experience, but his expertise will help us grow the North American market with a fresh perspective for our North American operations. We look forward to a successful future with Ken.”

Creager also gained his valuable skills at top telecommunication companies across the country, including Meru Networks Inc., Cisco Systems Inc. and Marconi Communications. Through these positions, Creager developed a series of business process flows, procedures, CRM database architectures and demand generation programs necessary to exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets, as well as corporate growth plans.

In his spare time, Creager is the president and board chairman for the Heritage Association of Frisco, trustee and board member of the Museum of the American Railroad. Creager attended Memphis State University and Georgia Tech with a focus on electronic engineering and advanced technology market development.
