LTS Global Solutions Teams Up With Aquarius IT To Revolutionise Fleet And Compliance Processes

LTS Global Solutions has partnered with Aquarius IT to streamline and digitalise its compliance and fleet management processes.

Aquarius, who for the last 20 years has developed a strong reputation for developing fleet compliance and data management solutions, has helped thousands of operators of all sizes, transform the way they manage vehicle maintenance / inspection and driver activity.

After seeking out a solution that was capable of consolidating multiple aspects of its operations into a single, efficient platform, LTS Global Solutions looked to the expertise of Aquarius, a trailblazer in digital compliance and fleet management systems, to integrate critical functions such as compliance reporting, vehicle maintenance, and workforce management into one comprehensive digital system.

LTS has adopted Aquarius IT’s tachograph analysis software, ClockWatcher Elite, allowing the company to manage all areas of driver and fleet compliance as well as driver data with UK domestic and EU regulations.

As a part of this, the logistics solutions specialists also implemented Aquarius’ digital driver walkaround checks, enabling them to transition from paper-based processes to a more efficient and accurate online system, as well as the IT specialist’s maintenance management system to handle Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMIs), MOTs, services, and other essential records.

Rather than having a convoluted paper trail the system’s Document Management Portal allows the company to store all policy updates and procedures into one singular app, enabling staff to access important company information such as driver handbooks at a click of a button.

To provide greater transparency and efficiency in managing its workforce, Aquarius’ Time & Attendance solution was included to effectively monitor and manage everything employee related from shift times to annual leave.

Celebrating 25years in business this year, this latest investment into the business follows one of many that has been made in recent years as the business looks to instil excellence at every level of the organisation.
