VCR delivers a robust, visual-based interface and colorful maps. All users see all activity for the current day or any scheduled work for future days on one main screen. Customer records display history and work related information.
Color coded work progress bars display the schedule for each truck or tech, including drive times, work times, job completion, and alerts for problem situations. You'll know in a glance the status and availability of your entire operation. See all the details on any scheduled job including assigned resource, job or delivery information, arrival time windows, and other special requests from customers.
Up-to-date maps detail planned and actual routes. GPS allows  real-time tracking with alerts and a historical record for each resource.
Visual Control Room is built on Windows and features drag and drop ease-of-use.
