2017 brings significant changes in how field service organizations (FSOs) are managing operations.

Strategies For Growth’s 2017 Field Service Management (FSM) Benchmark Survey reveals many changes in the way FSOs are managing their field service operations as compared to previous years. This may be due to the fact that 2016 was a disappointing year for many FSOs, as they saw their respective customer satisfaction ratings and profit margins either remain fairly steady or shift modestly lower.
