Family-owned towing company A Tow, Inc. provides 24-hour service in the Atlanta area. As one of the largest towing companies in the region, A Tow has contracts with several government agencies, police departments, property management companies, and garages. Of course, the company's customers expect prompt and reliable service. To meet this demand, A Tow recently deployed a realtime vehicle tracking and dispatching system to not only improve service delivery, but also reduce its operating costs.
