Field Sevice: De La Rue Selects TrueContext for Worldwide Field Service Automation
At Field Service 2007, TrueContext recently announced that De La Rue, one of the largest commercial security printer and papermaker, and the leader in teller cash dispensing and recycling automation systems for financial institutions, has chosen the TrueContext mobile platform to automate field service dispatch and reporting for over 880 employees in eleven countries. De La Rue is expanding its existing relationship with TrueContext in Canada, where the TrueContext mobile platform is used to streamline and speed the servicing and maintenance of cash handling equipment for banks and retailers.
Since partnering with TrueContext in Canada, the De La Rue field service team has been able to dramatically increase productivity and reduce paperwork.
