Enfora's Spider AT Certified On AT&T Network
Enfora, a provider of intelligent wireless networking solutions, recently announced that the Spider® AT Asset Tag has been certified by AT&T for use on its wireless network. Certification is intended to ensure customers an optimal experience when using the Spider AT across the AT&T network.
"AT&T sets a high standard of quality and reliability for certification on their network", said Scott Constien, Vice President, Technology, Enfora. "We are proud to receive the AT&T network certification for the Spider AT."
Designed around low power technology and powered by a long lasting battery pack, the Spider AT makes it possible to monitor valuable corporate assets, such as trailers, containers, construction and medical equipment, and other high value assets, for up to 3 years. The Spider AT allows users to retrieve critical information, such as asset location and movement, based on user-defined alerts, specific events or geofences, while at the same time optimizing power management and minimizing maintenance.
The Spider AT is a part of Enfora's asset management system that brings together the essential hardware and software elements to wirelessly network Enterprise applications. Configured to work seamlessly with the Spider AT, Enfora's Provisioner and Services Gateway 2.0 provides a user-friendly middleware environment to directly connect, manage and provision wireless devices from existing enterprise applications.
