Domino Acquires Enterprise Information Systems
May 19, 2006--Domino Printing Sciences plc, has announced the acquisition of Enterprise Information Systems, Inc (EIS), leading specialists in automatic identification and data capture systems integration. Specialising in the deployment of RFID and the integration of printer and reader technologies to provide traceability solutions throughout the supply chain, US-based EIS will be incorporated into Domino's Integrated Solution Group, where it will add considerable strength to Domino's global offering and delivery of integration capabilities.
This latest acquisition by Domino's Integrated Solutions Group reinforces it commitment to the fast-expanding product and asset track and traceability market throughout Europe as well as further enhancing its position as a leading global provider of complete RFID and other coding solutions.
