Workers simply use their existing phones or 2-way radios to exchange real-time information with all corporate systems. User acceptance is rapid as the speech-enabled user interface mimics the existing information exchange with dispatchers and other personnel. There is no need to expose corporate data network to malicious software or behaviors, or risk proprietary customer data. Speech also makes it easy to include contractors in the mobility strategy, as they can bring their own phones and be up and running with an application (without security risks) in a matter of hours.
