Case Study: Mid-South Synergy

Mid-South Synergy is a user of Milsoft Utility Solutions' Outage Management System (OMS), Dispatch, a platform designed to plot regular service calls, track reported emergency outages and model outage parameters for a big-picture view of service needs. In addition, Mid-South deploys Unplugged, a portable copy of Milsoft's circuit model which enables technicians to have at their finger-tips detailed engineering data and customer billing data without the need for a network connection. Using these applications, Mid-South has been able to successfully gain control over its outage management challenges.
