By documenting these details, and defining key metrics, you can ensure that priorities are established and proper expectations are set prior to deployment. We have found that customers quickly see ROI results when they deploy the system with a focus on solving just one or two business problems at first. By doing so, they can give special attention to a specific improvement area and realize early success. Then, after the initial launch, system usage can be expanded to solve additional business needs, drive new improvements and further increase the value of their investment.
