My Desktop, a module within the newly-launched SysAid IT 8.5,allows all SysAid users and admins bothinternal and external remote access to their desktops from any PC, smartphone or tablet.
Prior to My Desktop, the only way for users of any ITSM solution in the market to access their desktops remotely was through highly complex solutions, such as VPNs or other stand-alone remote-access products.
