"America runs on Dunkin'," the company's slogan states. And Dunkin' Donuts in Connecticut relies daily on Hartford CPL Co-Op to ensure that its 240 outlets statewide receive complete and fresh shipments of assorted donuts, Munchkins, bagels and muffins from a central bakery.

Challenge
Every morning, all 240 stores need to be fully stocked before the morning onslaught of customers seeking their caffeine rush, donuts and other items. To make their early morning deadlines, each of the company's 16 box trucks must complete as many as 15 stops during their midnight to 8 am shifts.

According to Hartford CPL Operations Manager, James Otis, "Our deliveries are made on such tight deadlines, so there's no room for our drivers to make mistakes or fall behind schedule."
