JEA, the eighth-largest community owned electric utility in America, provides electric, water, and sewer services to more than 750,000 accounts in northeast Florida. During hurricane season, JEA often has to send its team of 600 field workers out to repair water and sewer main breaks, fix meters, and reconnect power lines.
