You've probably heard the term WiMax and may be familiar with the concept of the technology. However, WiMax today is transitioning from concept to mainstream reality. According to ABI Research, the standardization, interoperability testing, and certification that WiMax has been through over the past few years was projected to result in nearly 2 million mobile WiMax subscribers by end of 2009. So, you may have heard about WiMax, but do you know what it really is? Or what benefit it may provide to your business?
