The Field Service Technology Forecast

In last month's column (2011: The Year Of Service?), we looked at market data gathered from the previous six months that reflected a services community on an economic rebound (supported by Automatic Data Processing [ADP] survey results concluding that employment in the services sector had increased by 779,000 since September 2010 — roughly 129,800 new jobs per month). We were, therefore, able to conclude that service is and will continue to be a key contributor to the overall health and prosperity of the global economy.
