The Hot Spares Program offers maximum protection for downtime. A spares pool is maintained at the Infologix facility. No matter what part or unit you need, InfoLogix has a complete inventory ready to ship for fast replacement or repair.

The Hot Spares Program offers maximum protection for downtime. A spares pool is maintained at the Infologix facility. Pre-configured replacement units are shipped to your facility overnight. No matter what part or unit you need, InfoLogix has a complete inventory ready to ship for fast replacement or repair.

In the event one of your units requires service, you simply call the Infologix Service and Support Hotline and place a request for Hot Spares Service. A unit from the spares pool will be sent directly to your user for next day delivery. Upon receipt of the spare, simply remove the unit from its shipping container and put the failed unit into the container for return to the Infologix depot center. When the failed unit is received at the Infologix depot center, it will be repaired and put back into the available spares pool inventory.

The Hot Spares Inventory Management program maintains a complete inventory of fully-functional units, drives and parts for your use. The cost of these additional units (usually a minimum of 2-4% of the number deployed) can be included in the program cost or purchased as part of the device purchase order. Should a device require maintenance or replacement, InfoLogix will ship a replacement unit to you, fully loaded with the appropriate operating system and software, regardless of your location, for arrival the next day (or, in many instances, the same day). You can then ship the problematic unit to InfoLogix, where it will be repaired and then stored in inventory or returned to the original user.
