Wavelink Corporation recently announced it will begin offering proactive, real-time telecom expense management (TEM) as part of the Wavelink Avalanche family of products. Wavelink Avalanche Expense Management proactively monitors, reports and analyzes data, voice, SMS and roaming usage so businesses can recognize potential overages and analyze usage patterns, which could drastically reduce their telecom expenses for mobile devices.
Real-time expense management from Wavelink is unique in that it goes beyond traditional TEM products that allow customers to analyze past billing data. With Wavelink Avalanche Expense Management, organizations can get real-time data on network and data usage and proactively manage their telecom and wireless costs. Users and network administrators can be alerted when devices are potentially about to incur higher costs associated with roaming, plan overages, large data transfers and changing usage patterns.
