As GPS and fleet management solutions offer more complex functionality, more companies have begun to integrate these systems with other enterprise software. Large enterprise companies, as well as smaller and midsize field service organizations, have begun to link their location data to dispatching/routing solutions, work order management, time/attendance, payroll, CRM, and ERP (enterprise resource planning) systems.
