The vending machine service industry has traditionally been very labor-intensive, with staff visiting each machine each week to restock inventory. Over the past few years, however, remote monitoring technology has helped vending operators reduce their labor costs while improving inventory accuracy and customer service.

In 2009, the company began deploying a remote monitoring solution that has helped it reduce costs and improve service, even during the recent recession.
